Changing Dates on a Short Term Reservation

Does a guest want to extend their stay? Let's take a look at how to extend the days on a Short Term Reservation.

Changing the dates on a short term reservation

  • On the Home screen or in the Booking Chart, find the guest and click anywhere in their row.
  • Click Edit Reservation
  • In the Stay Information widget, change the Check Out Date.
  • Save through all the widgets.
  • In Stay Charges, notice New Charges on the right side that includes all dates (not just added dates).
    • Click Accept New Charges.
      • The Payments widget now shows a current due amount.
  • Apply Payment.
  • Save at the top of the screen to finish working with this reservation.
