Copy Reservation

Did you know you can copy a reservation? Let's take a look at how this works!

  • From the home page of K2, search for your guest’s name, or KR number if you know it.
  • Click on their reservation.
  • Click Options
  • Click Copy to Short Term
    • If the guest made a payment by credit card, it will also give you the option to copy their credit card information as well.

After selecting Copy, it will now open a new reservation template with this guest’s information pre-filled in for you.

Now the reservation template is already completed with the guests information. Be sure to check the site, date, and guest details for accuracy.
