Check Gift Card Balance

Need to know how to check the balance on a KOA Gift Card? Well, you came to the right place. Learn how to Check a Gift Card Balance.
  • In K2, click the gift box icon on the left side of the menu that is labeled Gift Card
  • Check Gift Card Balance, enter the 8-character alphanumeric gift card number, or scan the barcode if applicable.
    • This will display the current balance for the gift card entered.  You can print this screen or screenshot and e-mail it to the guest for their records.
