KOA Rewards – Pay with Points

• In the Payments widget, select Pay with Points
• Select the Available Rewards from the dropdown
  • Rewards shown are based on guests’ point availability.
• Select Apply Payment
  • In the payment history, Pay with Points payments are separated out from other payments.

Notes:

• Pay with Points can be used in $10, $25 and $50 increments
• Maximum Pay with Points per reservation is $50.00
• If Pay with Points amount is greater than total cost of stay, guest is refunded the difference owed to them.
• Campgrounds cover 50% of Pay With Points used, KOA will cover the other 50%.
