Pay with Points for Online Reservations

  • On the Home Screen, find the guest and click anywhere in their row
  • Click, Check In
  • K2 will take you straight into the Payments widget:
    • On the right, you will see a alert showing that the guests has chosen to apply points to this stay
      • Confirm to Apply the Points as Payment
      • Release Points to release the points back to available for the guest to use later
    • In order to take additional payments, you will need to confirm or release the points.
  • Once the points have been applied, Pay with Points will show in the Payment History
