Walk In Reservations

Did a guest just walk in and need a reservation? Don't worry, you can create a Walk In reservation.

Walk In Reservations

  • Click the bell icon that says Walk In on the left of the screen.
  • Start with either Guest Information or Stay Information (to see what sites you have available).
  • Enter Stay Information
    • Click Search
    • Select the Available Pricing Groups.
  • Sell/Renew KOA Rewards if applicable.
  • Apply Discounts.
  • Ask Additional Questions.
  • Confirm reservation details and charges.
  • Take Payment
  • Click Check In to finish process.
