Booking Window Report

The Booking Window report, which was recently added, was enhanced to include a report option that will allow the user to include Walk Ins in the report as part of the 0-1 day booking window bucket.

Multi-Property Reporting

The Reservation Comparison report was added to the multi-property reporting platform! This report compares number of reservations and campernights this year against last year by reporting site class. Multi-property owners now have the option to run the report for all of the campgrounds in their portfolio. There was a section at the bottom that shows the combined totals for all selected campgrounds.

Other Development

Dynamic Optimization

After the release of Dynamic Optimization, a bug was reported in a rare circumstance around Discounts. If a Discount was setup with a Site Class level exclusion, the optimization process stopped in our night process. This has been corrected.

Guest Search

A minor update was added to position the cursor in the search box by default when the user enters any area where there is the guest search functionality.

Hot Fixes Since the Last Release

A Hotfix is something that gets pushed into the software immediately after the issue has been identified and corrected. These fixes usually represent something that must be corrected quickly and cannot wait until the next software release date.

Dynamic Optimization: Reservations with Hold Dates (released 7/14/22)

Internal testing of Dynamic Optimization uncovered a situation that was preventing optimization from completing during our night process. It had to do with a bug around Hold Dates. This was corrected and pushed out immediately.

KOA Rewards
Work continues on the KOA Rewards project as we prepare to move the programming off of the old KampSight system onto the new platform. Our work has been laid out into seven different milestones which allow the development team to focus on individual parts of the whole picture. From now until it’s released, KOA Rewards will take up most of our development bandwidth.
