Market Group Report

An issue was reported with the rankings shown on the Market Group report. This has been corrected.

Rate Your Stay Dashboard

An issue was reported that the NPS dashlet wasn’t showing. This was only seen for brand new KOA’s who didn’t have a score from the prior year to use. This has been corrected.

Occupancy & Revenue by Day

A bug was identified with the inventory counts when a new site was added in setup. This has been corrected.

Another but was identified with the ‘Closed Sites’ column when a site was inactivated but was still part of a Site Closure period. This has also been corrected.

Operations Recap Detail Download

An issue was reported when selecting all available Pricing Groups for the report. It was producing an error. This was corrected.

Cash Over/Short Report

An update was made to include Money Orders in the “Check & Trav Check Transactions” column on the report.

Other Development

Site Incentive Program

With the announcement from Franchisee Services of the 2021 KOA Park Expansion Royalty Incentive Program, updates were made in K2 to allow for the requirements of this incentive program to work. Campgrounds who have been approved for the program and upgrade qualified sites will see changes on their remittance report. (See eKamp for more details on this incentive program).

Site Closures

An update was made to remove/hide sites from a Site Closure when the site has been inactivated and is no longer in use.

Updates for mobile compatibility

Several updates were made to the Stay Information Long Term reservation form which will allow for the form to show better when viewed on a mobile device.
