K2 Status

Setup – System Check

Sometimes there are instances where there are actionable items in K2, different items that may require your attention. From sites without rates to transactions that are unbalanced.
  • In Setup, click Operation Setup, then System Check
  • Items displayed in System Check are quick links. Meaning you can click on the item it is showing you, and it will take you directly to where you can work with it in K2.
  • There are many different items and scenarios that you can encounter in your system check
  • If you find yourself confused by what you are seeing, reach out to KOA Technology Support and we can assist with and/or explain what you are seeing.
